How does the styling process work?
The process involves four simple steps:

How long does it take to receive my lookbook?
Standard virtual delivery is 5-7 working days after you have completed the style quiz. If you are in a hurry we offer an express next day virtual delivery when ordered before 4pm.
What's included in the lookbook?
Your lookbook will include personalised picks for your wardrobe or outfit tailored to your preferences, along with direct links to shop for the lookbook.
What information is needed in the style quiz?
The style quiz will ask about your style preferences, sizes, colours, how you shop and any specific needs for your occasion or wardrobe.

Are the items in the lookbook guaranteed to be in stock?
While we strive to recommend items that are in stock, we cannot guarantee availability due to third-party retailer inventory. We suggest purchasing your favourite items promptly.
Can I get a refund after purchasing a styling package?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been made.
Can you style clients internationally?
Yes! We can curate lookbooks using region-specific retailer websites to make ordering and shipping easy.
