Four The Seasons is a virtual personalised styling service designed to help you look and feel your best. We curate custom outfits and wardrobes based on your unique style preferences.

How does the styling process work?

The process involves four simple steps:

  1. Complete your purchase.
  2. Fill out a style questionnaire.
  3. Wait for your personalised lookbook.
  4. Shop your look from the provided links.

How long does it take to receive my lookbook?

Standard virtual delivery is between 5-7 working days after you have completed the style quiz. If you are in a hurry we offer an express next day virtual delivery when ordered before 4pm.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other payment options as indicated on our website.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a styling package?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been made.

What information is needed in the style questionnaire?

The questionnaire will ask about your style preferences, sizes, favourite colours, and any specific needs or occasions you are dressing for.

What is included in the lookbook?

Your lookbook will include curated outfit suggestions tailored to your preferences, along with direct links to shop for the look.

Are the items in the lookbook guaranteed to be in stock?

While we strive to recommend items that are in stock, we cannot guarantee availability due to third-party retailer inventory. We suggest purchasing your favourite items promptly.
